Bookings and Payments:

  • The reservation is made only by prepayment of 30% of the total trip through the payment link(after receiving the reservation request), the rest of the payment directly to the driver (cash / card) , local curency only!
  • Bookings can be made online, by phone or by email.
  • Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the company’s policies.
  • Cancellation policies and any penalties are described at the time of booking.

Times and Delays:

  • The customer is required to be ready at the agreed time.
  • A grace period without additional charge of 15 minutes for city-airport transfers and 1 hour for airport-city transfers.
  • Additional fees may apply for delays beyond the grace period, at the discretion of the company.
  • The company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control (traffic, weather conditions, etc.).

Liability:

  • The company assumes no responsibility for loss or damage to luggage or personal items during the transfer.
  • Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence by the customer will be his full responsibility.

Vehicle Services and Conditions:

  • The services included in the transfer and the characteristics of the vehicles are described in the booking confirmation.
  • The use of tobacco, alcohol and illegal substances in vehicles is strictly prohibited.

Safety:

  • The use of seat belts is mandatory for all passengers during the trip.
  • The use of child seats is required for children under a certain age or height, in accordance with local laws.

Changes and Cancellations:

  • Any changes to reservations must be communicated to the company with an adequate 24-hour notice.
  • The company reserves the right to change or cancel the reservation in the event of exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

Final Provisions:

  • The company will not be held responsible for damages or losses suffered by the customer due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
  • Disputes will be resolved in accordance with local laws and regulations.
  • Carefully reading these Terms and Conditions and accepting them constitutes a contractual agreement between the customer and the company.
